At Alexander Plaza Hotel, we understand that travel plans may change. Please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before the check-in date without any charges.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged one night’s room fee.

2. No-Show Policy
If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and one night’s stay will be charged.

3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after cancellation confirmation.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer).

4. Booking Modification
Date changes are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges depending on the new rate.

5. Non-Refundable Bookings
Special promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable and non-changeable.
